Commercial Photography. Bath-based brand communication agency – Lionhouse, commissioned me to take a range of photographs to help tell their client’s brand story.
Their client’s product is bottled mineral water, taken from a natural spring which gently bubbles up in the middle of a beautiful area of untamed Somerset land.
The brief was to capture the natural beauty of the land, as well as to get some photographs of the product in and around it’s source. The setting was mainly wooded, with more wild garlic than I have ever seen, and with the shallow stream of water from the spring eventually joining a larger local river.
Whilst planning the shoot, we kept our eye on the weather forecast, and only headed to the site once we were sure of some sunshine, also making sure that my time there would include a period in the evening so that I could capture the landscape in the evening sunshine.
A commercial photography brief that involved 6 hours of peaceful meandering around a beautiful wood, and along side a serene river – What’s not to like!
