Chris Morley – Freelance shoot/edit Videographer & Photographer

I’m an experienced freelance shoot/edit videographer and photographer, based in the Bristol area of the UK.

I’ve worked for numerous agencies and production companies, within many varied sectors, and involved in a variety of filming and photography projects. These projects have included internal and external training videos, explainer videos, customer testimonial films, promotional films & photography, and event coverage, to name just a few. My work has taken me overseas, which I consider to be a great privilege, and given me the opportunity to meet all kinds of different people, and experience the world through their eyes. I’d describe myself as a people person, and so having the pleasure of meeting so many different types of people, and seeing so much of the variety of life, is something of a life-force for me.

I have my own kit, including a C100mk ii, 5dmk III x 2, Sennheiser mics, tripods, sliders, and can also use a Sony FS7. I edit on Photoshop, Lightroom, Davinci Resolve, Sony Vegas, and After Effects.

‘Chris is the consummate professional. I’ve commissioned him on multiple occasions to deliver a wide variety of videos from brand launches and training workshops, to product films and promotional videos. Calm, measured, and easy to work with, Chris brings a tremendous balance of creativity and pragmatism to his work, whilst the results speak for themselves.’

Chief Strategist, apple tree communications

‘I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris on several corporate film projects and he never fails to deliver. Professional, diligent and gets the job done. Each time we’ve brought him a clearly defined storyboard and each time he’s understood it and delivered exactly what need. 5 stars, would recommend.’

Anthony Webber

Designer, Lionhouse Creative

‘As a producer / director, it’s really important to work with a cameraman who can interpret direction and get great shots. Chris not only does this but adds his own creativity to produce great rushes that are an essential element in producing great films. He works extremely hard and delivers on every project we work on.’

Molly Fry

Executive Producer/Director, Focus Pocus Films

‘Chris has worked for us on a number of occasions, both as a freelance cameraman and also for his stills work. Our projects vary from filming small events to large national conferences, and the relationship we have with our clients, and the value we put on the work we deliver, is incredibly important. Ensuring we have the right team in place that not only know how to create the right content, but also can communicate with our clients in the right way and work as part of a team is paramount. Chris ticks all those boxes and always over-delivers on the work he produces for us. We look forward to working with Chris on future projects.’
